Registration info for IF: Alexandria 2016 -- Don't Delay

Happy New Year Everyone! 

I wanted to let you all know that we do not have a deadline for registering for IF:Gathering 2016, BUT.......... on Saturday (1/9) we are preparing all the fun things that make the IF experience personal and special, so knowing that you are coming by Saturday (1/9) will help us more effectively and efficiently prepare for your presence. 

That said, if you know you are coming or are needing a little kick in the pants to get registered, this is it:) If you could register by Saturday, that would be incredibly helpful to us.

****We are also making plans for scholarships to help those who need to pay for childcare in order to attend--more details coming soon. It is our desire that money for a babysitter will not be an obstacle for anyone.******

Can I also say that I am wrapping up the last couple chapters of Jennie Allen's book, Anything, and am so excited for what God is going to do in the hearts of each woman who comes to experience him at IF:2016. 

You guys!!!! God is into the chasing after of your heart and the filling of your life with peace and love and holy recklessness. Sometimes we just need some awesome women of God to give us a few pep talks to get our feet and hearts thumping again. I am praying for each of you as you make plans and prepare for 2016. I am praying that God wrecks your life with his love and callings and in the aftermath you find a new life--Not because of changed circumstances, but because of changed perspective and a sense of urgency to live the death out of this life we have been given. To die to self, worry, measuring sticks... and find life abundant in Christ. To run, not to escape, but into the greatest possible freedom there can be--grace! 

Until we meet face to face I will be praying these verses over you: "Every time you cross my mind, I break out in exclamations of thanks to God. Each exclamation is a trigger to prayer. I find myself praying for you with a glad heart. I am so pleased that you have continued on in this with us, believing and proclaiming God’s Message, from the day you heard it right up to the present. There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears." (Philippians 1:2-4)

P.S. The IF:Gathering seeks to gather, equip, and unleash this generation of women to live out God’s calling on their lives. We are a generation of women that believes God at His Word that He called us to our places and will use us for His glory and for the good of His people. Our goal is to make the name of Jesus great in and through the women of our church, neighborhood, & city.

About This Event The world around us feels like it is crumbling and almost nothing seems certain, until we look to Jesus and see that our Hope is very clear and certain. He didn’t just give us salvation—Jesus is our salvation and the example of what it means to live in the fullness of grace and truth. What the world needs is His redemption, the very redemption and hope that lives inside of us. Rather than shrink back, it is time to love like Jesus loved, serve like Jesus served, pray like Jesus prayed, and pursue holiness like Jesus pursued it. Join this global gathering of women across denominations, generations, and cultures as we come together in the name of Jesus.

Event Details This will be a two-day event, but not overnight. All meals will be provided. There is no fee to attend locally, but there will be donations accepted to cover the cost of meals (suggested $10-15). Women of all ages and all denominations are invited.
